Appellant was convicted of robbery and the jury fixed his punishment at ninety-nine years in the penitentiary. Appellant was indigent and the Court appointed members of the Public Defender's Office. At arraignment, in the presence of appointed counsel he pleaded not guilty. After sentence was imposed, he gave notice of appeal and was furnished a free transcript.
