Appellant, defendant below, brings this appeal from an adjudication of guilty entered by the trial court after a plea of nolo contendere to the charges of possession of heroin and possession of narcotic paraphernalia. During the course of the proceedings below, appellant, after entering his nolo contendere plea, reserved the right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress certain physical evidence.
