The facts leading to the instant appeal, being of import to our decision, are stated briefly as follows:

The Cessna Aircrift Co. (Cessna) was the manufacturer of a certain company type 182 aircraft, certification No. N91199. That product was sold originally by Cessna to defendants Freedom Field, Inc. (Freedom) and Robert M. Freed (Freed) who, in turn, sold the plane a year later to plaintiff, A. T. S. Laboratories, Inc. (A. T. S.). A. T. S. experienced...
