This cause is before us on appeal from the final judgment of the Circuit Court, Nassau County, entered on directed verdicts in favor of appellee Cargill on all claims and counterclaims.

Cargill, Inc., brought suit against C.Q. Farms for an account due and owing for goods sold and delivered and balance due in poultry financing transactions. Cargill's complaint also sought foreclosure of a security agreement in the nature of a lien on C.Q.'s accounts...
