HEFFERNAN, J.

The defendant, Donald C. Wilson, was charged and found guilty of murder, contrary to sec. 940.01, Stats., and attempted armed robbery, contrary to sec. 939.32 and sec. 943.32(1) (a) and (2). He was sentenced to a mandatory life term for the murder conviction and the maximum fifteen year sentence for the attempted armed robbery conviction, with the sentences to run consecutively. The convictions were affirmed in Wilson v. State,
