Plaintiff, a probationary school teacher, initiated this court tried action against defendant, public school district, for damages and for reinstatement after defendant did not offer him an employment contract for the succeeding year. The action is based upon an alleged breach of an employment contract. The trial court found that defendant had breached the employment contract and awarded plaintiff damages in the sum of $7,500.00.
