In the trial court the defendant Collier was convicted upon each of six counts charging her with unlawful possession of controlled substances with the intent to sell, five of these substances, viz., methaqualone, amobarbital, codeine, hydromorphone and amphetamine, being listed in Schedule II of the Drug Control Act and the sixth, marijuana, being listed under Schedule VI of the Drug Control Act.
