RAPPAPORT v. DAYS INN OF AMERICA

No. 7716SC537.

244 S.E.2d 487 (1978)

Jeannie RAPPAPORT v. DAYS INN OF AMERICA, INC.

Court of Appeals of North Carolina.

June 6, 1978.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

John C. B. Regan, III, Lumberton, for plaintiff appellant.

Anderson, Broadfoot & Anderson by Hal. W. Broadfoot, Fayetteville, for defendant appellee.

PARKER, Judge.

The question presented is whether plaintiff's evidence, considered in the light most favorable to her, was sufficient to support a finding of negligence by the defendant which was the proximate cause of plaintiff's injuries. We agree with the trial court's conclusion that it was not.
