Defendant, a licensed osteopathic physician, was charged with three counts of delivery of a controlled substance in violation of MCL 335.341(1)(b); MSA 18.1070(41)(1)(b). This Court granted an interlocutory appeal after defendant's motion to quash the information was denied by the Oakland County Circuit Court.
