OPINION

CONNOR, Justice.

J.H.B., Jr. appeals from a judgment which waived jurisdiction by the children's court over him and permitted the state to prosecute him as an adult. Adult criminal proceedings against him were stayed pending this appeal.

J.H.B., Jr., cites as error the court's reliance on hearsay reports of violent incidents which occurred at the jail prior to the waiver hearing, and the admission of a police detective's testimony regarding...
