The petition is based primarily on two contentions: first, that the Court misinterpreted the Supreme Court's ruling in Moody v. Daggett, 429 U.S. 78, 97 S.Ct. 274, 50 L.Ed.2d 236 (1976), and secondly, that the Court misunderstood the Government's argument concerning the effect of the defendant's prison escape while he was subject to a Kentucky...
