Appellant, Rodney King Pulley, was convicted in a jury trial in the Criminal Court of Baltimore (Grady, J., presiding) of first degree murder, attempted robbery with a dangerous and deadly weapon, and use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence. A motion for a new trial was denied, and the court imposed sentences of life imprisonment for first degree murder, 20 years for attempted robbery (to run consecutively...
