Appeal from the order dated March 21, 1977 dismissed as academic. That order was superseded by the order granting reargument. Order dated December 29, 1977 modified by adding thereto, immediately after the date "March 21, 1977", the following: "except as to item 6, which item is vacated." As so modified, order affirmed insofar as appealed from. Plaintiff is awarded one bill of $50 costs and disbursements to cover both appeals.
