OPINION
LOPEZ, Judge.
The plaintiff appeals a summary judgment entered in favor of the defendant Farmers Insurance Group. For clarity's sake, we shall refer to Sandoval, the appellant in this appeal, as the plaintiff, and Farmers Insurance Group, a defendant in the trial court and the appellee in this appeal, as Farmers.
