The plaintiff, the owner of a shorefront cottage at Merwin's Point in the borough of Woodmont, city of Milford, brought this action seeking a permanent injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with the use and enjoyment of her property, a determination of the rights in and to her land, and damages.
