This appeal is from a judgment denying the appellant relief in a post-conviction habeas corpus proceeding.

The appellant entered a plea of guilty to child abandonment on September 7, 1976. He was given a sentence of twelve months, which was suspended on the condition that he pay $17.50 per week per child for the support of his four children during their minority. His suspended sentence was revoked on October 11, 1977, and he began service...
