This matter is again before the court on the petition of Michael H. Egnal, Esq., for counsel fees. We originally, by our order dated January 24, 1977, granted petitioner's request for counsel fees in the sum of $4,350. Subsequently, on request of counsel for the debtor, the order was vacated and a hearing was held on the matter.
