Plaintiff, Eunice Mae Cotton, filed suit against Gary Michael Gamble, alleging that his negligent operation of an automobile was the proximate cause of her injuries. The jury returned a verdict for defendant Gamble. Plaintiff Cotton appeals, claiming that the verdict was against the weight of the evidence, and that the trial court erred in allowing a medical doctor called by the defendant as a witness to comment and express an opinion upon the testimony...
