On the evening of September 1, 1976, Ruben Mendez and Teddy Perez were at Robert Gordon's house in the town of Goshen. While the three youths were outside on the porch, appellant drove up and began talking to Robert. Ruben had seen appellant on two occasions prior to that evening. Although appellant was dating Robert's sister, Sally, at the time, Robert testified that he did not know appellant before September 1...
