Daniel Lee Estes, convicted of kidnapping Ronald Terry, § 559.240, RSMo 1969, has appealed.

The state's evidence showed these facts: At gunpoint defendant ordered Terry to get in defendant's station wagon. Terry demurred. Defendant threatened to shoot him. Because defendant was armed and because of the threat Terry got in the vehicle. Defendant drove out of town, onto a gravel road, to a deserted area, where he stopped...
