Charged with second-degree murder, MCL 750.317; MSA 28.549, defendant was convicted by a jury of involuntary manslaughter, MCL 750.321; MSA 28.553. Thereafter, sentenced to a prison term of 5 to 15 years, defendant appeals as of right.
