Appellant was charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count each of kidnapping with intent to commit rape, second-degree burglary, sodomy, first-degree rape, and lewd and lascivious acts. At trial appellant was granted a judgment of acquittal on the two counts of aggravated assault and the burglary charge.
