Plaintiff Attorney General commenced this action in Ingham County Circuit Court on September 4, 1975, seeking to enjoin defendants, licensed chiropractors in Garden City, from performing certain acts allegedly outside the scope of their profession. These acts included the dispensing of drugs and the use of acupuncture. Plaintiff contends that the aforesaid conduct amounted to the unlicensed practice of medicine...
