This action arises under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. The plaintiff Heinz M. Schlicke alleges that he was discriminated against in the terms and conditions of his employment and that he was terminated from employment with the defendant Allen-Bradley Company because of his age in violation of the ADEA.
