This is a contempt proceeding brought against the defendant for his alleged willful violation of a 1954 court decree. That decree required the defendant to perform certain acts and forbade other acts in relation to the flow of waters upon his land. The defendant appealed from the original decree. We affirmed the decree of the District Court. See Bahm v. Raikes,
