Defendant appeals his conviction of murder after a jury trial. He assigns as error the admission by the trial court of evidence of other crimes he committed subsequent to the murder for which he was charged and found guilty. The denial of defendant's motion for mistrial based on admission of this evidence is also assigned as error.
