This is an appeal from a conviction of robbery and a sentence of imprisonment for twenty years.

Mike Kerr testified that he was employed as a clerk by the King's Inn in Huntsville; between 2:30 and 2:45 A.M. on February 2, 1977, there were knocks at the outside doors, which had been locked, and the witness unlocked the doors and admitted the defendant; defendant asked if there were any vacancies; while the witness was in the process...
