ORDER

RICHARD BRIAN YOUNG of Morristown having appeared before this Court on October 31, 1978, in response to an order to show cause why he should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined, said RICHARD BRIAN YOUNG having been suspended from the practice of law by order of this Court dated February 3, 1977, and the Court having duly considered the report of the Disciplinary Review Board and respondent's answer thereto, and good cause appearing;
