In this no-fault divorce case, the husband appeals from that portion of the final order and judgment awarding custody of the parties' minor son to the wife and awarding the wife attorney fees.

1. The husband contends the trial court erred in failing to enter findings of facts and conclusions of law as required in contested divorce, alimony and child custody cases tried without a jury. Githens v. Githens, 234 Ga. 715
