ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court recommending that JOSEPH G. SPROVIERE of Paterson be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i), and he by his attorney having consented thereto;

It is ordered that said JOSEPH G. SPROVIERE be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, pending resolution of the complaints against him before the District XI Ethics Committee...
