The question presented by this appeal is whether the annulment of a later marriage results in the revival of the prior husband's obligation to provide spousal maintenance under a decree of dissolution. Appellee Mary Hodges and appellant Vernard Hodges were married on May 4, 1960, and sixteen years later on April 29, 1976, their marriage was dissolved in Pima County Superior Court.
