PER CURIAM.

The appellant, Michael Gene Berryhill, was convicted of felony murder1 and armed robbery in the Bartow Superior Court. He received the death sentence for the murder conviction and a life imprisonment sentence for the armed robbery conviction, all of which were affirmed in his direct appeal to this court in Berryhill v. State, 235 Ga. 549 (221 S.E.2d 185
