The appellant, Norair Engineering Corporation, was the general contractor for the construction of a hospital. The appellee, Pass Painting Company, subcontracted to do painting and other work on the interior of the building. This litigation arose from a complaint filed by the hospital against Norair. Norair joined Pass as a co-defendant and then filed a cross claim against it, alleging that the paint had peeled and flaked due to faulty workmanship on...
