On November 11, 1977, the Easton Board of Zoning Appeals reversed a prior decision of the Town of Easton Building Inspector and directed that a building permit be issued to the appellee herein, Bruce, Inc., for the construction of a 55,000 square foot store to be leased to K-Mart, Inc.
