Made defendants were Robert P. Larivee, Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Lafayette, and Kenneth F. Bowen, Mayor of Lafayette. A separate action was filed by the City of Lafayette against Trahan and Radio Station KVOL seeking a declaratory judgment...
