On December 1, 1975 Central Maine Power Company (Central Maine) filed with the Public Utilities Commission (Commission) revised schedules of rates. Acting pursuant to 35 M.R.S.A. §§ 64, 69, the Commission commenced investigation of the justness and reasonableness of the proposed rate revisions.
