PER CURIAM:
Upon his return from a trip to Colombia, defendant's baggage was inspected by customs and found to contain one and one-third pounds of cocaine. Defendant declared then and at trial that he did not know that the leather tennis bag, which he said was a gift from his traveling companion's brother, contained cocaine.
