French was charged with escape1 from the Venango County Jail on or about April 25, 1974 and at No. 310 of 1974, he was charged with escape from the same jail on or about July 14, 1974. As the result of a plea bargain entered into by the appellant and the district attorney, appellant pled guilty to both charges of escape. On August 30, 1974, he was sentenced to serve a term...
