Plaintiff Karen T. Bickford brought a civil action in the Superior Court (Piscataquis County) alleging that defendant George S. Lantay had injured her by tortiously subjecting her to a malicious prosecution. A trial was held in early August, 1977, and the jury returned a verdict for plaintiff.
