Appellant was convicted by a jury of taking indecent liberties with a child in violation of D.C.Code 1973, § 22-3501(b), and of sodomy in violation of D.C.Code 1973, § 22-3502, for which he was sentenced to concurrent terms of incarceration of two to six years on the first two charges and one to three years for sodomy.
