The father appeals the trial court's dismissal under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act, ORS 109.700 to 109.930, of his petition for custody of his four-year-old-son. There was no hearing. The trial court's order was based upon information taken from the pleadings and affidavits supplied by the parties.
