PER CURIAM.

Plaintiffs in this class action are almost wholly pretrial detainees incarcerated in the Suffolk County Jail in Boston (hereafter Charles St. Jail) who claim that their constitutional rights are violated by the conditions of confinement imposed on them. The district court in an opinion issued June 20, 1973 found that plaintiffs' claims were fully justified. Inmates of Suffolk County Jail v. Eisenstadt, 360 F.Supp. 676
