Curry and Manley (consolidated appeals), 512 F.2d 1299 (4th Cir. 1975), cert. den., 423 U.S. 832 (1975), this court reversed the conviction of Howard Langston Manley and remanded for a new trial on six counts of drug law violations1 because of improper proof of character evidence.
