Defendant, William Reilly, was found guilty by a jury on a two-count indictment charging him with attempted extortion and extortion in violation of the Hobbs Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1951.1 Defendant has filed a motion renewing his motion for judgment of acquittal which he made at the time of trial.
