Defendant-general contractor for the Louisiana Superdome appeals from a $150,000.00 unjust enrichment award in favor of plaintiff-subcontractor for excavation and demolition work performed during the construction of the Dome. It is defendant's contention that plaintiff is not entitled to any recovery or, alternatively, that the award should be limited to $19,757.00 with interest from date of final judgment.
