KELLY, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court dismissing plaintiffs' cause of action against each defendant pursuant to a special jury verdict in defendants' favor. We affirm.

This action arose out of a collision between an automobile driven by Daniel Horsley, hereafter defendant, and a motorcycle driven by Gene Otterness, hereafter plaintiff, that occurred at the intersection of Yankee Doodle Road and Lexington Avenue in Eagan Township...
