Final determination of this appeal was held in abeyance pending the result of a hearing by the trial court as to whether there was, in fact, a lack of a speedy trial (59 A.D.2d 602). At the conclusion of such hearing, the trial court determined that defendant had not been deprived of a speedy trial. We agree.
