Plaintiff sued defendant in two counts. Count 1, in assumpsit, alleges that plaintiff purchased a burglar alarm system from defendant which was installed in her home by defendant. About one and one-half months after the installation, while plaintiff was away from her home, burglars broke into the home and stole $35,815 worth of jewelry.
