Plaintiff filed suit on a promissory note in Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans on June 17, 1965. Within the proper time limitation, a default judgment was taken against defendant and confirmed on February 15, 1967. On December 15, 1976 plaintiff filed suit to revive the judgment.
