The United States filed a complaint seeking recovery of damages from the named defendants for conversion of cattle mortgaged to the Farmers Home Administration. The action was settled and dismissed with prejudice as to defendants Elvy M. Woods, Mrs. Elvy M. Woods, and Boyd Shaver. Only Count V of the complaint remains viable.
